James did a great job on our 4 building townhomes in Northfield in early Aug 2025. Although he was working, I was able to visit with him and enjoy a few minutes with James. By all means book him and let him work on cleaning up your house. He is still working through a cancer prognosis. He is a kind gentle soul.

I recently used James and his company to clean 6 residential apartment garages. From the time of first contact to the completion of the job, I was left very impressed. James was communicative, responded to my questions in a timely manner, and his crews were thorough, and did a great job. The garages have a nice new sparkle to them. Thanks!

I have used James with H2Overhaul several times to have my HOA buildings cleaned. He is provides ongoing communication during the project and does a great job cleaning the buildings. Any minor issues are promptly handled professionally. I will continue to use him for years to come for all of my exterior cleaning needs. Highly recommend giving him an opportunity to perform any cleaning tasks needed.
