Monique did a great job on my hair cut, which l need every 6 weeks. I'd had her once before and liked how she cut it. So this time l decided to ask for her, as I'd never had her again. I didn't know she was a grade or level 2 beautician, so l was shocked when l learned the cost of my haircut. (It would be helpful to know ahead of time, when scheduling with a particular stylist, that she is a level 2.) As it turned out there was a $10.00 off coupon applied. My first experience at Fantastic Sam's and it was a great one!! Got my hair highlighted and cut by Kim. Kim was very professional and an experienced hair dresser. I got about 4 inches cut off and it feels so fresh and nice. My highlights turned out bright and very nicely blended. I am very pleased with my service at Fantastic Sam's Burnsville!!
