As one of their retired care givers I found that Dignified Choice Care always made a concerted effort to give the best care to the client first and then to the care giver. Many clients told me that all the other agencies they had tried sent care givers who were not dependable and did not do the job they were hired to do. Care was minimal and integrity was lacking. Clients found the helpers on their phones instead of doing the tasks needed, did not do them at all or did a very poor job.
BUT, they said Dignified Care Givers were there to serve, did a thorough job, and showed that they really cared. Clients were well cared for and treated with dignity in their time of need.
This company considers its clients as the most important and care givers as the second. I always felt appreciated, heard, and supported. I believe that being treated so well causes the staff of Dignified Choice Care to want to do their best job to love and serve their clients.
