I had a main line back up emergency. I shopped around to compare prices and D.C Annis is the most fair. I called hero and as soon as they heard I lived in a town home they explained quickly that they will not service my home and hung up on me! I called a few other places and they were $50 more. Router rooter wanted to charge me $690. They didn’t even look for a main line clean out they just wanted to remove the toilet to charge more money. When I called D.C Annis they were able to get someone out to me in within 5 hours. Tim was very fast and got the job done in 30 minutes.
