Jon has helped us a few times in the last several years with a cell phone, laptop and desktop computer. Most recently, he helped us replace our very old desktop computer and peripherals. We have always found him to be very expert, yet quite personable and down-to-earth. He has helped us find ways to save money on unnecessary software and hardware. I was looking to have my 6/7 year old all-in-one computer ‘cleaned up’. It was running super slow. I was nervous to have this done and was putting it off for close to 6 months.
