We've gone Burnsville parkway Animal Hospital for routine visits and have always had a good experience. This week we noticed our beloved dog was not well so we got in the next day. After the physical exam of his abdomen and some x rays it was all but confirmed he had ingested a foreign object (turned out to be a chew toy) that was blocking his intestines. We were given a few options but elected to bite the bullet and have it surgically removed. Dr. Rozendaal got him into surgery right away and took the time to explain everything before and post op. I love our vet clinic. They are honest, caring and just a pleasure to work with. We have 3 cats and all 3 of them are handfuls (accident prone and trouble makers). They are never upset to see them (even though a couple are angry kitties!) and they are always kind to us.
We had a very serious event happen earlier this year that resulted in emergency surgery for one. They were so amazing and caring. It wasn't just a job to them, it was a family member they were helping and it showed. My husband and I are beyond grateful for that. The surgery went perfectly and our cat recovered in record time due to the skill of the staff. I believe they saved his life.
