Fantastic Sams Cut & Color is a hair salon that offers a variety of services such as haircuts, coloring, and treatments at reasonable prices. Customers have praised the friendliness and talent of the stylists, such as Lynn and Jolene, who make clients feel comfortable and welcome. However, there have been some concerns about appointment times being delayed due to the salon's busy schedule. Additionally, there was an issue with a stylist named Dorraine who attended to multiple clients at once, causing one client to leave with wet hair despite paying $400 for the service. While the color result was appreciated, the lack of professionalism in not completing the job was criticized. Overall, Fantastic Sams Cut & Color offers good services but there is room for improvement in terms of appointment management and ensuring that each client receives the full attention and care they deserve.
i had an appointment with Ashley J and it was perfect!! she was so nice and asked for lots of details on the kind of haircut i wanted. it was also a very quiet appointment which may not be for everyone but it was perfect for me! thank you so much!!!!
Fantastic Sam’s in Buffalo has been my go to place for hair care for a long, long time. No matter who I choose for my stylist, I am always treated very well and very professionally. they are all very personable and we always have a good time chatting.
Jolene was very nice and did a good job! The only complaint i have is that i scheduled an appointment at 10:40am and didn't get my hair cut until 11:10am so I waited 30 minutes. Her being kind I would say made up for it. It was a really busy day because it was labor day but i feel like they should honor appointment times first.
