I figured I would once again be starting over. Booked an appointment with Emi-( never knew her last name) at Hair Architects. To my absolute amazement- total fluke- it was Emily. Emi is very much a professional and listens to what you want. I AM SO EXCITED AND HAPPY that somehow I ended up back in her chair!!“
