My husband and I recently spent the better part of a day in the Buffalo Emergency Room, where we were treated with great kindness. The communication regarding testing done, results, and recommendations for further care was clear and compassionate. I am very grateful for having access to Buffalo Hospital. In my 22 years of living in this area, I can think of 8 times that someone in my family, including me, needed ER care. Twice the outpatient surgical services were used, and once there was an overnight hospital stay. The medical personnel and volunteers have been kind, compassionate, and gracious in each incident. We are blessed by the Buffalo Hospital community!

There was a 3-hour wait, but I was informed during the check-in process. We ended up waiting for two hours. The Front Staff was professional, nurse and doctor were attentive, & caring. Provided me with details of what tests were needed for my daughter. At the end of the night, I was able to take my daughter home feeling much better.

Buffalo Hospital was very accommodating, the staff is kind and caring. After being admitted from the ER, we had a private room and we were moved to a bigger private room as more family came to visit and stay.
Dr. Ataro is such a blessing! He is a knowledgeable, smart man who made sure we understood processes, steps, and options. He stayed with us until we couldn't think of more questions and even came in to check on us when we were no longer in his direct care.
We also had some AMAZING nursing staff during our stay. Twila, Kristin, Lindsey, Lily, and Stephanie were bright, cheerful, helpful, and caring. These ladies gave us comfort through our experience... read full review
