About A&A Heating and Air
A&A Heating and Air is a family-run business that provides heating and air conditioning services. They offer 24/7 emergency repair for both AC and furnaces, along with new installations and maintenance. The company is known for its quick service and clear communication with customers throughout the process. They service all models of furnaces and AC units, and provide free onsite estimates for repairs, maintenance, tune-ups, replacements, and new installations. Customers often praise A&A for their honesty, knowledge, and professionalism. Many have shared positive experiences about their friendly service, competitive pricing, and efficient project completion. Even larger jobs are split to meet customer needs, and prompt responses are common, especially during hot weather when thermostat issues can happen unexpectedly. One customer mentioned that after waiting five days for another local company’s response, A&A responded immediately and provided a clear and fair assessment of their furnace problems. Others highlighted the courteous and timely service from Artie, Andy, and Justine during system replacements, emphasizing their dedication to quality service. Artie, in particular, is praised for going above and beyond. He quickly helped a customer find a compatible thermostat during a heatwave, saving time and money with his research and willingness to assist, even though his company did not install the original system. Recently, the team replaced a central AC unit and furnace in under seven hours, just days after the initial call for service, with great prices and fantastic service. When a furnace went out in late January, Artie and his team worked swiftly to give a fair estimate for a 35-year-old system, and were ready to provide space heaters until parts arrived. They showed respect and care for the home during work, demonstrating high integrity and excellent customer service. Overall, A&A Heating and Air is known for honest, professional service delivered with friendliness and efficiency.
Already was amazing! Listened to my concerns and didn't try to upsell me on anything I did not need. Came out the day after I called and I had a new AC in my home with new copper piping and everything within 48 hours! Pricing was reasonable to and he was very transparent and easy to work with
Can't say enough about Artie and his team. Very professional and they get the job done without over charging like the other big HVAC contractors in Buffalo will. We have been using A & A for the past 8 years and they have saved us thousands of dollars when replacing our Furnace 5 years ago and Central air unit recently. When our 30 year old AC quit working on a hot Friday evening we called Artie and they came out the next morning to temporarily fix it until they could get the new unit installed a few days later. Great customer service and someone you can trust!
Artie is the BEST. He came out on a Sunday to fix our AC before the hottest week of the year. He was extremely thorough & kept me informed the whole time. He also offered up many tips & solutions to help avoid any future issues. I could not recommend him more. Thank you so much!!
