Finally a family owned business with amazing service. Jodi was quick to respond and communicate. Nathan was straightforward about pricing and communicated everything in a way that was kind and easy to understand. I felt we paid a very fair price for his expertise and he did not oversell us on anything we didn't need. It has been so hard to find a good plumber after our last one was sold out. We will be going here in the future for all our plumbing needs.

We recently were having hot water tank issues and reached out to a couple Different plumbers locally.
From the beginning Service Star had the best customer service and support.
When the plumber came out, he took his time to walk me through our water system. We recently bought our house and were misinformed on a couple things. It was really nice having someone to slow down and take the time to help educate on how our water system works and the quality of our softener and hot water tanks.
Service star is now our number one go to plumber for any issues. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
