We always enjoyed working with Royalton and were happy to find that Air Comfort carries on that legacy. Our furnace needed to be replaced in 2024 and we found that Air Comfort was the best overall choice when considering cost, performance, and service. I would highly recommend working with Bryan in sales, he is extremely knowledgeable and does not use pressure tactics. Great experience overall, we enjoy our new furnace & a/c units!
Do to my own error our A/C unit went down. When calling around no one had the parts in stock except two places. D**** and Royalton Heating & Cooling. D**** said they had the ability to fix it but needed to send a tech to inspect. They could guarantee the work with a $5000+ fix. Royalton saved me a service call by asking the right questions on the phone the first time. Within 24 hours (on the doorstep of a holiday weekend no less) Royalton was out and fixed my system and saved us thousands over the competition by providing sound options. Furnace quit working Sunday evening. I called and left a message . The call was returned at 8am Monday. They said someone was on their way.Excellent response and friendly and professional staff. Have used them for over 20 years and always happy with the results.Services: Heating system repair
