These guys have always delivered. Recently I brought a Timberwolves Game jersey that had a huge crease on the front (it was purchased this way, happened during shipping). These guys got it out. Like 100%. They are fast and reasonably priced.
Due to a couple issues, my laundry had backed up and I had piles of it. I decided to try Pilgrim’s laundry service to get caught up. What a fantastic service - pickup and delivery. Clean items are packed so nice. Route Manager Dan is great. I plan on continuing this service for the time being. Nothing negative to say about my experience whatsoever.
I am a route customer of this location. I love the convenience of not having another stop on the way home from work. Driver (Ed) is in and out each Tuesday/Friday with a quick good morning and a smile. My clothes are cleaned as they should be and the service is top notch!
