My realtor called after a showing at my cabin and said he smelled gas. Matt came out in between showings and was able to fix the issues quickly before the next showing! Everyone I've talked to is so friendly and knowledgeable and I will be calling them at my new house as well! I cannot say enough good things about their service.
LeBrun is the go-to for all things heating and cooling. I've known Austen for a minute now, and he's someone you can trust, which I think is the most important thing when someone's coming into your home/business to do a job. Highly recommend!
Work was completed was quality (electric box install in the garage). Everyone was extremely professional, had timely communication, etc.
HOWEVER, there were a few negative things:
Standard sales pressure tactics were used (which I fell for).
The financing was offered through goodleap. Goodleap is currently ibeing sued for by MN attorney general for shady lending practices, such as inflating contractor pricing for customers which used financing instead of paying cash (on average 20%, according to the lawsuit). The lawsuit was for solar, which wasn't what I had done, but it does make a customer wonder.
