A gentlemen by the name of Mo went way above the call of duty to try and get my 10 y/o phone to work with his network. If I upgrade phones, I will revisit this location. I visited four wireless providers to compare pricing and service, but no one tried harder than Mo. Thank you Mo!

10/10. Went in with a non-functioning, cracked screen s7 and was told the quote for the repair and when the new donor replacement phone would come in (plan was to swap the logic boards so the data was still there but with a new phone and battery basically). Part came in a week and got the phone back fully functioning shortly after. Highly recommend them!

My daughter’s iPhone screen was broken including a large whole in the corner of the phone. The staff were so helpful and kind. They fixed the screen to perfection and the phone works perfect. I can’t say enough good things about hello wireless and would recommend them to anyone.
