She altered my wedding dress from a zipper in the back to a corset and it looked amazing!!! I received so many compliments on her work. I have been a customer over the years for a few things but this by far will make me a customer for life!!!

Busy shop. Friendly service. i brought in A pair of Jeans to be taken in. She did a great job. And a jacket to dry cleaned . Also did a good job and got back in a timely manner. thank you Escalate dry cleaning ?

Had dress hemmed & shoulders sewn down as they were jutting up. Picked it up, tried it on, seemed good to go. Tried on dress, shoes, jewelry a week before my daughter's wedding. Had dress on about 20 minutes & realized it was digging into the front of my arm pit. It hurt! No way could I endure this for hours. Brought it in & the shoulders were adjusted immediately a couple of times till it was perfect for me. Dress was now comfortable & lok good. Tried to tip & it was refused. Great customer service!
