I had a follow-up appointment and was running behind. I called ahead while already in an Uber to let them know I would arrive at 1:58 which is 18 minutes after my scheduled time. The front desk staff told me they could not see me past 15 minutes and turned me away despite me being 3 minutes from the clinic. I had to ask my driver to turn around. I understand late arrival policies exist, but being turned away when I proactively called ahead and was literally around the corner felt unnecessarily rigid from the front desk. Very disappointing experience.
From start to finish everybody we encountered was incredibly helpful and patient. My partner came in with a bum leg after a crazy fall, and we were seen right away. Our doctor Kerri was very informative and helpful and Renee was such a delight. My partner has a bit of white coat syndrome and she was so understanding and really put him at ease when he was nervous about his shot. Could not recommend this place more. Many many thank yous to everybody who helped us today.
My wife and I had a great experience here, our first time. Our ultrasound sound technician was the sweetest. She was very helpful and caring. They coordinated with our main provider with great details. Thank you!
