Been going here on and off for 4 years. The cost of services is different every time I go in. It's $5 extra for this or $5 extra for that. Since Covid costs have gone up WAY too much for what you are getting. Rushed service on pedicures. Techs not giving you what you ask for with nail service. The cost should be the total cost period!

Before I came to do the nails, I stopped in and asked pricing asked full set cost told $40 fill cost told $30. I asked the tech if she had the kind of polish I wanted which was a gel polish so later in the day came back after done to charge me $50 she told me $15 for the gel polish and five dollars to cut down the nail a little bit. This is so deceptive. No other salon I have gone to has charge for a little bit to cut down and for gel polish it’s all one price I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never be back. They lied to me.

I usually go to a different nail salon but decided to try BT Nails because it is close to me.Appointments are easy to schedule with same day service and low wait times!The seating could be updated but the service was top notch.Prices are clear and fair.The staff seemed happy and engaged with their clients.My daughter and I had the honey milk pedicure and we loved it so much we that she returned within days for a full set of acrylics.
