Alex with Pike Plumbing and Heating was very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. He called ahead of time, showed up on time, and explained everything in plain language. He walked through the issue at hand, was upfront about cost, and most importantly to me, he offered a simple solution to my constant issue with limited air flow to other rooms in my home. I would highly recommend.
I would recommend Alex at Pikes to anyone! He was so kind and explained everything he did as he did it. Very knowledgeable! Made me feel like he cared and wasn't out trying to get more money out of me. Such a great guy! I learned so much about my furnace in the hour he was here.
We called Pike’s as our boiler was acting up and not heating a zone - they showed that day! Amazing! Of course, it was more than one thing as we have an older home😉
Alex was very professional and very quick at both repairs needed. He also explained everything that was fixed clearly so it was easy for us to understand.
