Kruchten's Heating & Air Conditioning

Had air conditioning problems last night. I call Bruce this morning about 8:30am and Mike was out to service my unit by 2pm. Air is working great now. I didn't expect such quick and efficient service. Thanks for the great service.

Our furnace went out on a day when the temperature was below zero. Kruchten's was at our house within 2 hours of our call. They quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended getting a new furnace. The options were emailed and we ordered that day. Kruchten's brought us 3 large space heaters to stay warm. The next morning the new furnace was installed! That's what I call customer service.

Our furnace went out on a very cold Saturday morning. We called Bruce and he advised he could be here in a few hours.
Bruce evaluated the problem; showed us the problem; and offered a few solutions.

Bruce left behind 3 air heaters. He sent 4 quotes, a good, better, best scenario. We made our choice, advised Bruce and he and Mike went to work.
In 2 days, the boys wet to work, new unit installed, Mike and Bruce showed us the nuances of new controls and we had a warm house again.
