A wicked hailstorm hit and the first thing you think is what do I do. Well, that morning we had at least 10 companies stopping by to inspect and vie for the roofing job. We had the opportunity to talk with Sam Knopik from StormRenu. Sam took the time to explain the process and how he would help facilitate that process. He was extremely knowledgeable about insurance companies, materials, building codes, etc. And on a surprising note, their company offered a class 4 shingle replacement. Our experience with Storm Renu was positive from start to finish. While the insurance company created roadblocks along the way, Sam Knobic was constantly vigilant in working with and keeping us informed regarding insurance issues. The job is now complete and we are 100% satisfied.

They were professional and on time, did what they said they would do and were not pushy. Excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and extremely courteous. We will without a doubt use them in the future. Everyone I talked to throughout the project was extremely friendly and willing to work with our schedule and requests.
