Kyle McKinzie was the service rep helping me. He took a great deal of time helping me look for the appropriate wood tone that would match my cabinets. I received two estimates each with a different option and a large sample to take home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The front staff was also very friendly. My experience was very pleasant in a stressful renovation.
Firstly, we found the ease of access and customer service outstanding. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. We were greeted and shown the show floor with products and directed further, based on our specific products. Can't recall the young lady's name, but she was very nice, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Secondly, Kyle McKenzie is an outstanding company rep and salesman. We were referred to Kyle by a GC and based on our wonderful interactions with him, we now know why! He too was very warm and welcoming.
