The services, including manicures, pedicures, and the Pretty Princess Package, are well-done and reasonably priced. The staff is accommodating and helpful, adjusting to children's preferences and needs. Kids truly receive the royal treatment from a soft robe to special drinks and makeup they get to choose. Overall, this spa is a great place for kids' birthday parties and special treats, providing a fun little experience.
Such a fun experience for my 3 year old! There were a couple of hiccups with the scheduling and being late (my fault) but it worked out and my baby girl got her Pretty Princess experience. Tia worked with my daughter, and as very nice and patient. Tia made small talk with her and acknowledged her crazy responses lol. My baby was so excited and I think this place lived up to her expectations as her smile never left her face (besides the facial but she told me she was relaxing and to stop talking to her) HAHAHA. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town :)
We came in for my daughters 8th birthday. She is non verbal and has a hard time regulating her body to sit still, but absolutely loves being pampered and having her nails painted. I was very nervous to bring her in not knowing how it would go but she was treated with complete kindness and compassion! The experience was so special to not only her but for us too to watch her just getting to enjoy herself being a kid :) Thank you for providing an inclusive, welcoming space to make my daughters day so special- we will certainly treasure the memories we made today!
