The doctors are great but I tried getting help with my medication and was met with a lot of hostility by the person on the phone blaming me for my medication being lost. I was trying to explain the situation and kept being cut off and told to wait for my medication even though I was almost out. I would’ve appreciated more understanding and was disappointed with the lack of care about my situation.
I have only been here a few times, but each time has been very pleasant. From the front desk check in, to the nurses, and my Doctor ( Colins ). They have made me feel so comfortable as well as they are personable which helps with tough conversations. Big thank you to everyone there!
I am a patient of Amy Perkins and she is a definite favorite. She is kind, considerate, caring and nurturing. Amy always listens to what I have to say and always answers my questions. She never seems to be in a hurry like other clinicians.
