I have been going to the obgyn department here for the last few years and have had great experiences. Amy at the front desk is very friendly, the nurses are kind and helpful, and Dr Sherran and Dr Ott are great to work with! Dr Sherran saw me throughout my first pregnancy and was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, personable, and took my thoughts and feelings into consideration when it came to our care. We are so thankful for her!

Going there since 2012, staff is very nice but sometimes they are really booked further out but also because their doctors are good. However, now they are also offering zoom sessions with your primary care and that helpful.

I was scheduled for a Dr. that wasn't supposed to have patients yet. They wanted to cancel as I was sitting in the exam room. I asked to squeeze in with a different Physican that might be available because it took a lot of effort for me to even go in like I know that I should. Exam was rushed, though I don't fault the Physician. Blood work was ordered and the lab receptionist was rude to others. I declined to do bloodwork in a shared room with a family and kids that were screaming because at that point I was too anxious given the experience.
