I just wanted to thank you. My sister-in-law called me because her boiler was red flagged after an annual inspection that it was leaking carbon monoxide and it was ratified by a second company. Both services said that it was not repairable and that she needed a new boiler. Her boiler was 20 years old. I had Owens install a boiler 15 years ago and have been very happy with the service over the years. I referred your name and within a day Owens came out and inspected the boiler. The leak was confirmed but the recommendation was a relatively minor repair not an expensive replacement.
