On August 17th, 2025 around 3pm I wanted to take my friend out for a pedicure for her birthday. We chose Nail Trix. I explained I wanted a basic pedicure ($42) and my friend the gel pedicure ($59 with salt rub, skin removal and gel polish).
The lady my friend had was welcoming and inquisitive. The lady I had would repetitively ask me if I wanted to upgrade to the point of harassment. This is the point I should have walked out. I had the worst pedicure I’ve ever experienced here, and it cost $77. I didn’t receive a massage, which is usually a standard part of a pedicure. I would give them 0 stars if I could!! My friend and I decided to get pedicures. My friend also wanted manicure. As we were walking by the lady and her coworker didn’t have any customers. She came out and asked us what we wanted done and said come in! So we sat down. The lady rushed us. For $63 for a 20 minute pedicure all we got was hot towels and a sea salt rub. I went to pay and she had the nerve to ask if I had any cash for a tip. Then my friend was waiting for her finger nails to dry and she asked if I could get her card so she could pay me! After we left my friends finger nails smudged!! If you want to feel rushed and waste your money come here! HORRIBLE!!!
