My experience with Erie Home was wonderful! The salespeople didn't use high-pressure sales tactics. The Supervisor for the roofing crew and the crew themselves were also great. Cleanup of the old shingles was well done. Nothing was left except the end of a nail roll and one small piece of shingle. Plus, my patio was swept clean of all debris. The salespeople were out of the Rochester, MN office. Great people to work with!
Very easy to work with. We were replacing an old rood and adding a roof to the new addition on our house. They worked well with the contractor and helped solve problems caused by the contractor. Roof looks great! Very responsive to questions and concerns.
Erie Home installed a new roof on our house, using fiberglass performance shingles and high performance underlayment. While the cost was more than we had originally intended to spend, we feel the quality of the roof and the strength of the warranty justified the price. We were very pleased by the workmanship and by the helpfulness of the supervisor, Jose Molino, who efficiently accomodated several complications in the roof and gutter. The roof is beautiful.
