CSC Remodelers replaced the roof on our house in Richfield, they did a fantastic job. Held our hands through the entire process, and their roofers were very friendly and professional.
Lance's knowledge initially won the bid to replace and extend our deck. However, the attention to detail was absent.
During the bidding process it was discussed the deck extension was intended for the grill, and we needed five feet. After the install, the grill did not fit. Lance admitted he should have calculated differently, considering the addition of the bar rail on the railing. Adding another six inches would have met our request.
After completion, I noticed the screw covers were not applied consistently. Lance explained that the drink rail restricted placement and that the installation crew should have used black screws, not gold ones. Unfortunately,...read full review
My insurance company told me that they would not cover the hail damaged roof--- Mike from CSC said "let me do the talking " -- he got ahold of them and got the job paid for -- I paid some out of pocket for an old roof , but the insurance company went from not covering anything to covering 80%. I was very happy with CSC.
