Vermon L was a very knowledgeable and thorough technician! He did a lot of testing to ensure everything was operating well and mid-range. For example, he made a slight change to gas flow to make it exactly at the right value. After his maintenance, there's assurance the furnace will be good to operate reliably for a long time. I was able to schedule an appointment to check my furnace within one day. Unfortunately, my furnace is very old and the only real option was to replace it. They explained my options and gave me a quote the same day AND scheduled to come back the next morning to replace the furnace. Everyone was very professional and went above and beyond. They even started my fireplace for me and provided a heater.

What a fantastic experience! Our air conditioner stopped working and we called this morning right when they opened and they were able to squeeze us in same day (they actually showed up two hours later!!) Our technician, Cody, was really nice, professional and explained what was wrong in a simple way. Our air conditioner is super old and he recommended a slight change to how it was originally installed which would allow the issue to never happen again. He provided us with a quote before he started the work which I appreciated. And the cost to fix the issue was really reasonable! I definitely recommend them!
