I received a letter that said I could have the Takata air bag inflators in my Ford Mustang replaced as a mobile repair by Bloomington Lincoln. I called them, and even though they are over 20 miles away from me, they agreed to do the repair, and we agreed on a time. The morning of the repair, they called me, and explained that it would take them a little longer to arrive. The technician arrived in the revised agreed time window in a mobile repair van, and I gave him my car key. He replaced both air bag inflators in less than an hour. Just bought a new 22 truck, overall the sales was good, had issues after purchasing had to go back, after 3 hours said everything was good. Get it home and same issues. Took to a different dealer and they fixed problem immediately, so I'm not impressed with the service.
