The model home sparked design ideas, and discussions with Tom and Lori made them feel at ease and confident in their choice. The company was introduced to them by their real estate agent, Erik Sward of Twin Cities Luxury. Working with the TJB Design and Build team was an amazing experience for them, with Lori being remarkable and talented in her approach to develop an authentic rapport with clients. They feel she saved them hours of debate and landed on features that were beautiful. TJB Homes also handled a warranty window replacement for a client, resolving the issue with the manufacturer and installing the replacement window with high standards. The carpenters were friendly, courteous, and knew what they were doing. The clients were pleased with their new home and have had a pleasure getting to know and working with Tom, Justin Budzynski, and other staff at TJB Homes. Overall, TJB Homes is highly recommended for their quality home builds and great customer service.

After an extensive search for a builder to design and build our custom home on our lot, we chose TJB. Their reputation, custom design options and quality workmanship drove our choice. Their model sparked design ideas which led to discussions with Tom and Lori, who made us feel at ease and confident in our choice.We were very happy with the process, quality and customer service provided by TJB Homes. We were introduced to TJB via our incredible real estate agent, Erik Sward of Twin Cities Luxury. I just want to formally say thank you for everything...I'm just in LOVE with the home we've collectively designed over the last 6 weeks. Working with the TJB Design and Build team has been amazing. Lori is truly remarkable at her job and so talented in her approach to develop an authentic rapport with clients. We worked with TJB on a warranty window replacement recently. They were excellent to work with and helped us resolve the issue with the manufacturer. Their carpenters came today to install the replacement window. I was very pleased with their work. They were so friendly and courteous. more importantly, they knew what they were doing and had very high standards for their work. I would highly recommend TJB Homes to anyone looking for a quality home and a great contractor. We have been pleased with our new home and it has been a pleasure to get to know and to work with Tom and Justin Budzynski and the other staff at TJB Homes.
