Refused me service today because my MNsure is processing. Perfectly willing to let someone in desperate need of neurological treatment need walk out unassisted. I wouldn't recommend that to my worst enemy. Take your health needs elsewhere.

Someone needs to be fired.
A few months ago I requested an appointment via the website. I received an auto-response saying someone would call me shortly.
Two months later....nothing.
A few weeks ago, I called and gave all of my medical info in the hopes of becoming a patient. I was transferred to the appointment scheduled and got vmail. I left a detailed message.
Never heard a word.
I will never, ever use this clinic for anything. I have ZERO trust in them. If they can't return messages, why should I think they can do ANYTHING???

I’ve been seeing Dr. Dove for 21 years. I even followed him from Noran Neurological. I will follow him wherever. I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis at the age of 20. After 6 months of seeing every doctor possible Dr. Dove knew immediately what I had. Confirming through blood tests and putting me on Mestinon I was able to manage my body and antibodies. Fast forward a decade I unfortunately needed a Thymectomy surgery which Dr. Dove took care of with the help of Dr. Timothy Kroshus, cardiology. I can happily say that I’m healthy and able to manage my diagnosis through rest, and a half tablet a day! I’ve done two surrogacies since and it wouldn’t have been possible without Dr. Dove throughout my side and letting them know no magnesium sulfate which can cause seizures! I owe him more than gratitude. Compassionate, great doctor and honestly like family. Thank You Dr. Dove ❤️

HORRIBLE!!!! Saw Dr Veen and was diagnosed with MS. I never felt taken serious as a patient and the doctor even said I had a mild case of MS. Saw an MS Specialist who said the complete opposite and in fact I have a very aggressive form of MS! Insurance had been waiting for an appeal from Dr Veen that was never done and I never got prompt responses to my MYchart messages which 3 were never even answered. Please look elsewhere for care!!
