I am so grateful for Dr. Wojtowick. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fix my tooth, allowing me to stay on track for an upcoming surgery. Bonus: no pain during or after! Thank you to him and his assistant. So appreciative!

Staff pleasant, but appointment was messed up. I’d always seen Dr. Hill, whom I loved, in fridley, and was surprised she was gone. Also, I’d been rescheduled several times for this deep cleaning and had 2 appointments scheduled, but when I got there, that’s not what was scheduled. The whole situation did not build confidence in dental care at all. Disappointing.

To the entire staff is fantastic! They are always incredibly friendly and always make sure that I am well taken care of not, only during the visit, but also on planning future visits to make sure my dental plan is on track.

No one ever answers the phone calls nor do they return calls when leaving a message . When I made a statement to the person who answered after 12 minutes on hold and she wanted to leave another message for the office manager to call me again I chuckled and said your office doesn't return calls, she said she was not comfortable and was going to disconnect the call. I was not at all rude or threatening . This office has terrible customer service. Hygienist and dentists are great but the front desk people act like they are the rulers of dental care. They also did not tell me that when my employer changed insurance that they were no longer in network so now I have large bills. Luckily I found this out my own, because the billing department doesn't return calls, after we each only had one appt but still my co pays are very high. Good bye metro dental in blaine.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. I was nervous going in (as I always am with dentists) but felt very comfortable once I was greeted by the friendly receptionist. JoLynn, my dental assistant, was absolutely incredible. She was so kind, patient, and took the time to explain every single detail of my care. She made me feel very cared for. The dentist was very knowledgeable and only recommend necessary treatment. The facility itself is very clean. I absolutely will be using them for my future dental care!

Mom is 90 years old. She's had two wonderful experiences at the Baltimore location. She is "amazed" she felt zero pain on either visit and loves her new crown! Staff here is super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!
