I can’t speak highly enough of Dan. Not only did he make a stop late in the day after already working a 12+ hour day, he was kind, genuine and explained everything very thoroughly. My wife and I are first time home owners and were really nervous some major was wrong. He fixed the issue in no time and had fantastic customer service. He has now gained a customer for life and will be my referral to everyone and anyone who has AC/Furnace issues. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dan you’re a rock star.
Service tech was very prompt, polite and professional. I have an older water heater that hasn't been services in 10 years. A part went out and these guys were out as soon as available to take care of it. Rich worked to locate the part, and even checked in the next day to make sure all was well!
Dan as always was thorough and explained everything and also made suggestions for down the road when replacement time comes but for now everything is good to go.
