I recently used Grand Exteriors to repair storm damage on my house. I was referred to them by a friend that had work done previously. They were great to work with, especially Paul. Paul went beyond the extra mile in dealing with my insurance company which was State Farm. SF was terrible to deal with but Grand Exteriors (Paul) took the lead and dealt with it for me. Once Starm Farm finally approved things we were quickly on the books for a full roof replacement. Their crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up nicely which was appreciated. I will be a lifelong customer of Grand Exteriors.
I had a very small siding job that I had made several calls around the area looking for someone that would take the time to come out and fix. It was something simple that I just didn’t have the equipment to fix myself. It was very difficult to find a company that would take the time on something that they weren’t going to make a lot of money to fix. Paul and his team not only responded right away, but were more than happy to help regardless of the minimal cost associated to such a minor fix. Can’t thank Grand Exteriors enough for taking the time.
I would 100% recommend Grand Exteriors to anyone! They were helpful and persistent in the (frustrating and time consuming) insurance claim process and were continually advocating for us. Once the roof and siding were approved, they were completed quickly. The crew was respectful, clean, and did beautiful work. We absolutely love how our home turned out!! Our project manager, Ari, made the entire process as easy as possible. She communicated regularly, was honest and transparent, and helped us every step of the way. Overall, we had a great experience with Grand Exteriors and ultimately love our new siding and roof.
