A friend recommended Dave’s Floor Sanding and Installation. Chris did an excellent job of sanding. I had some stains that had been in the wood for years and he was able to eliminate them. Jamie did the final two finish coats and gave good advice about caring for them going forward. Both Chris and Jamie were professional and friendly. My floors look brand new. Thank you!

We had Dave’s Floor Sanding & Installation install a new natural hardwood floor in our kitchen, dining, hall, bath, and entry. I have experience and do most work in and around our house because of the quality and detail we desire. Dave’s was recommended and we decided to take a break and have them do the work. The previous floor was vinyl and ceramic from the original build. We had just replaced kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors & drawer fronts and painted to a flawless finish. Dave’s redid our kitchen and second floor. They did a wonderful job with our 125 year old floors and even patched several areas that needed attention after years of use. They were very reasonable on pricing and explained the process thoroughly. Would highly recommend!
