I had a gas leak in one of my pipes. They were prompt with both scheduling and the repair. Technician was easy to work with, and showed me everything when he was done to ensure I understood the leak had been repaired properly.
Caleb and Austin are fantastic to work with. We had an exterior pipe burst and Our experience with Thelen has been nothing short of top notch. Would highly recommend whether in a pinch or regular servicing needs. We signed up for their annual A/c, Furnace and plumbing plan and has been a great resource to keep our home in proper working order.
Nathan came out to give us a quote. He was very thorough and gave us lots of options. He explained everything, answering all our questions. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process. Phil showed up with a team to install our new units. They were all kind and respectful. Phil did a fantastic job explaining everything and walking us through our new system. I am beyond pleased with Thelen! We have had great experiences with them every time we use them.
