We recently purchased a home built by Progressive Builders. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the home—it feels well built, clean, and thoughtfully finished. During the final walk-through, the Pro Builders representative took the time to go through the house with us and our agent, carefully explaining details we might need to know and reviewing all of the warranty paperwork to ensure everything was in order.
The only issue we noticed is that a few wall and ceiling joints have less-than-perfect mud and taping work. These areas are minor and not in highly visible places, but worth noting.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with Denny across multiple transactions. He builds affordable housing in local communities, and we appreciate his contribution. Every experience with Denny has been professional, efficient, and marked by clear, consistent communication. He is a reliable and respected builder, and our team looks forward to working with him every time!

The company was very straightforward and easy to work with. The house they built is awesome! I love that they went over all of the important things with us, in addition to the security that we can get anything squared away if we notice something after moving in. Great company to work with!
