Joe is the type of employee I would want working for any company I owned. He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Joe spent considerable time with us telling us what he needed to tell us then been considerable more time answering questions we have and probing for more. We learned a great deal. My only regret is that I did not hire Joe for even more as I believe it would have been money well spent.

Joe has always done a thorough job when inspecting my clients' homes; going over everything with the new prospective homeowner; explaining how things work, what needs attention, and guides on preventative maintenance to prevent future problems. And he has great stories too!

I contacted Gateway in regard to a musty smell in a room in my upstairs. Joe did a very thorough inspection of the attic androom. He totally relieved me of my worries about what the smell might be from. He advised of what I can do to rid of the smell. Thank you, Joe! I slept better after your inspection.
