Dan came out last year when we had a severe bat issue in our garage attic. The initial visit was $550 but he completely safely and effectively moved the bats, and his work was if he'd never been here. In spring of 2020 he returns for a $175 charge and makes sure that there are no cracks or holes for any wildlife to return ir enter our home. Its seems pricy at first, but he was the lowest bid and he is friendly, prompt, and professional.We also had a muskrat show up under our deck in March of 2020. I called him to see what to do. He told us to simply keep the pups in the house overnight and it would leave. He did not charge for a service call or advice. I will always be calling Dan and his services and pay the small yearly fee to keep our home safe from wildlife. Hes great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Highly recommend this company to anyone. On relatively short notice around the holidays, Jason managed to fit us into his schedule to install a radon mitigation system in our home. As others have noted, communication was timely and professional, the work performed was top quality, with very minimal disturbance to the house, and cost was quite reasonable. Post-mitigation testing showed the installation was very successful in reducing radon levels. Thankful we chose Air-Source Radon for this work!
As someone working in the construction industry, I have hired, worked for, and worked with countless contractors of several different trades. I can firmly state that Chris is one of the best, if not the best, contractor I have ever seen. The attention to detail, flexibility, and overall precision on everything he does is unmatched. His painting is spotless, even at the building I hired him to paint (which was full of uneven walls, poor paint jobs prior, holes, etc) but he is more than a painter. I had him do some other handyman type work for me too, and it was done above and beyond. That is how Chris does things though, above and beyond. We asked him to stain this old wooden door in our building, and not only did he stain it perfectly to match, he polished the 100 year old door knob on it and made it look brand new! Myself and the people I live with really care about this old building, and it was great to see someone care as much or even more about it. I mean I can go on and on about this guy and his craft, but you just need to see for yourself. Lastly, he is just a nice guy. You can't find many of those nowadays. Most are out just looking for more revenue for their company, they don't actually care about their customer. Chris is the opposite, he genuinely cares about you and your space needing paint/repair, and that is why the product always turns out great.Oh and by the way, this is my first ever google review. Dr Calpas is a great dentist. A very honest and genuine person who is easy to trust. He does great work and so does his assistant. Front desk staff is kind and courteous. What a wonderful office. Our new favorite!

His team has really helped me overcome some insurance challenges as well. I always feel heard and well cared for. Big Lake’s lucky to have this clinic.

I called Scott to get an estimate and he called back with 15mins. Said he’d be out later that day to look at job. He beat other estimates and not only did they do it faster but even showed up a few days earlier and completed the job. Very responsive to call or texts and they did a great job. Very clean job and didn’t even really hurt the yard. You have to expect it with the equipment and the job they do and it wasn’t bad. I raked and cut the yard and looks good as new. I would highly recommend Simpson and sons for your tree removal!
