Austin is honestly an awesome person/worker . My mom has had to call wagners multiples times for work on her mobile home and the company is so great and kind and especially Austin he explained things so well to her she stated and he is so kind especially when having to go check on piping in a bathroom that hadn’t been touched in years and it was in really bad shape. He didn’t make her feel bad once and understood the situation and was so kind. Thank you wagners and especially Austin, I know for a fact she doesn’t like using anyone else.

John from Wagner’s came in with plenty of experience to repair our furnace in short order. During a period of -20 below temperatures, it was Greatly appreciated. Very Professional job John. Ben deserves a raise! He was fast, thorough, and very friendly. He even made sure to show me how to turn the valve off on my new water heater in case of an emergency. Highly recommend!
