Choosing an assisted living community for my mom while living out of state was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. From the very beginning, Windsong has exceeded my expectations. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure my mom feels safe, comfortable, and truly valued. I say “staff,” but my mom and I know each one by name, likewise they know every resident’s name and their likes and dislikes — that’s how personal the care is.

Windsong in my opinion is the best senior living complex in the Bemidji area. The apartments are nice size and well maintained. The services, resident activities and available food options along with a professional/positive and outgoing staff separates WindSong from all others.

Windsong is a beautiful complex. The apartments are nice and well maintained. There are hot meals served in the dining room, or delivered to the apartments. There are nurses on duty to help with medications, check vitals, and provide help with Activities of Daily Living. (Eg. showering, dressing, etc.) There is a workout room, a hair salon, a sewing and craft room, a theater, a puzzle room, many rooms for gathering and playing cards and socializing. There are fun activities planed throughout the weeks. Most importantly, the staff are wonderful people, who seen to really love and care for the residents!
