They were hired to clean the carpets of the house we were moving into. After we moved everything in, we noticed that everyone in those rooms was coughing and had a sore throat. After some investigating I found so much residue left in the carpet it was disgusting. I tried personally cleaning it and even hired another cleaning service to get it out. Nothing worked, there simply was too much soap put in the carpets and it was a total loss. We replaced all the carpet and now can breath in those rooms without coughing. The owner of Majestic came over and claimed he did nothing wrong and the carpets were fine. He offered no solution or reimbursement. I would never hire or recommend...read full review
