I have been a client of Diversified Insurance of Bemidji for several years, in fact 12 years to be exact.. Matt has been excellent in guiding me thru the process of being insured over and above the Medicare part of retirement.. He has always had my care coverage first in thought.. If I have had any questions about any of my insurance needs, all I do is call and he will either answer immediately or check to see what my answer should be.. He has a down to earth attitude with his customer, always making you feel like you matter. I have sent friends to him to be insured and again, Matt is appreciative.
