Overall, they do a good job, and the facility is very nice.
My pedicure was a terrible experience: she made my cuticles bleed, her effort to remove an ingrown nail was very painful, the worst I ever experienced, she rushed me thru in thirty minutes. Not at all satisfied. When I complained to the owner he showed no support for me his customer.
Had an appointment for manicure, waited an hour and still hadn't been seated. Friend had one for a pedicure and waited 40 minutes until they started. Also, says they take credit card, but send you to the ATM.
I wanted my nails done, so I found this place. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time, however, they do walk-ins. The owner was nice and the staff. Overall, they did a good job!!
