Had a gel pedicure yesterday and the person giving me the pedicure was very rough when doing the callus removal and I have two open sores now on inside of my big toe cannot wear shoes as it hurts too much first time this has ever happened to me. Did not notice cuts till I got in my vehicle and I should have gone back in and reported it did take photos. The service was very rushed also
Fantastic service! Super person that did my nails and toenails. She was very sweet, patient, kind and helpful. I would go back to her in a second! The other customers seemed happy with their service. I would recommend NY Nails to anybody.
I was skeptical about going due to all the negative reviews but my boyfriend convinced me to go and I'm glad he did! They did such a great job with what I envisioned!!!! Only down side is I was so nervous my hands kept shaking and my skin got knicked with one of the dermals. That's on me and he kept working on my nails even after they closed. If I ever do my nails again I'm definitely going back.
