Aquarius showed up yesterday to determine the outage of our furnace. at -7° in the morning, the house was getting a little chilly. The furnace had restarted on it's own so the team tracked down the issue and fixed it. They were diligent in their work, they explained all they were doing and were very friendly. Great guys and we appreciate their work.
Aquarius staff are universally friendly and efficient. I have been a satisfied Aquarius customer for 20+ years! Recently, a visit from tech Chris Roche made me even more of a fan--My new K-5 system gurgled at odd times 'round the clock, even when I hadn't drawn water. Chris persevered for nearly 3 hours, calling colleagues and the Kinetico company for their input as well. He identified the problem to be a fault in the manifold and installed a new one, and the problem disappeared--no more random gurgling! He was most patient and pleasant throughout. Thanks much, Chris...and Aquarius. (didn't see a ranking option, but 5 stars, yes!)
Jon was a 5! He was on time, knowledgeable, explained everything answered any questions that I had. I even needed to connect to my husband for question and there was no hesitation at all. John definitely will continue to be one that we would connect with.
