While owners are away, the staff sends updates, pictures, and videos. These check-ins put customers at ease. One customer left their dogs for three weeks and couldn’t be happier with the care. Another customer brings their dog every time they leave town and loves the photos. A different customer appreciates the attention to detail. Took our puppy here over the holiday weekend and highly recommended them. Such down to earth and kind people that run this facility. It was so nice to receive a video of our little peanut especially since my husband and I were missing her. She was very well cared for and we will return every time!
We recently left our dogs at Midwest Dog Boarding while we were out of town for three weeks, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they received. Naturally, we were a bit anxious about such a long time away, but Shawna made the whole process smooth and reassuring from the start.
She walked us through the different boarding options via email and even gave us a tour when we dropped the dogs off, which really helped us feel confident in our decision. While we were away, she kept in touch with updates and videos—those check-ins meant the world and immediately put us at ease.

We bring Harvey to Midwest Dog Boarding every time we leave town. It’s so nice to know that he is well cared for all his needs are being met. I love that they check in with us and send photos of how he’s doing at least once while we’re away. Highly recommend!
