After Speaking With An Anderson Window Representative, I Was Refered To Several Installers In My Area, Received Competitive & Detailed Estimates, Based On Specific Task That Would Need To Be Completed. To Go From A Window To A Doorwall, Electrical, A/C & Venting Issues That Would Need Addressing. So Before Starting The Installation Their Were No Suprisses, I knew By The Numbers, What Needed To Be Completed At Each Phase. Couldn't Be Happier Job Well Done.
I give ANDERSON WINDOWS a five-star because they listened to my concerns and was very prompt on coming to my newly built home and taking care of several labor issues that were done by my custom builder, ROYAL TEXAN HOMES, that would not hear my concerns! The GHBA of the year was completely okay with Anderson sending out a company not related to Royal Texan Homes to address my window issues. Anderson Windows customer service and everyone I met or spoke with was very accommodating and wonderful to work with.
