They make a quality patio sliding door and they stand behind their warranty. Twice the locking lever has broken off and they have replaced it. Breakage was due to an unusually tight fitting seal.

There is a reason the Andersen name is synonymous with quality and excellence. I had spent days calling local glass and window companies in the Rochester, MN area only to be met with unprofessionalism and folks who simply don’t listen. I ended up calling Andersen directly and spoke with Kim. She provided more valuable information to us about replacing our 30 year old sliding door than we thought was possible. Kim got us all of the contact information for local dealers and made it evident she will remain in touch throughout the whole process. We are very pleased and would not recommend anyone but Andersen.
