This is the worst company I have ever worked with they're so slow you go there there's only one person that doesn't know what they're doing I've never been so frustrated

Crooked! About a year ago I got a cpap machine from this company. I went through the approval process with my insurance, they paid their share, I paid mine. Then about a month later I get this bill and another and another. So I call them, it's rent for the humidity control. What? It's part of the unit. The unit would be incomplete without it. You have to rent it until it's paid for. What? How much is it to pay off? $xxx.xx Send me a bill. So I paid it. That's been a year ago. About a month ago I start getting calls from Specialty Home Med. I ignore them for a while thinking they want to sell me some replacement supplies. Please call us back, please... read full review
